Our ethos

Blossomtree focuses on responding to the needs of those being cared for by providing staff who really care. We believe that deep rooted care helps to build strong foundations for lifelong emotional wellbeing in children and young people. For the elderly, that level of care provides comfort and removes the stress of trying to cope alone.

Our staffing process and training leans heavily on our ethos, and our continued support and training helps us support our carers whilst in post. In essence, we care for the people who are caring for you.

All nannies/ Caregivers must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. Guidance on obtaining or renewing your DBS is available here: https://blossomtree.co.uk/dbs-checks/

Additionally all of our mediators are registered with the family Mediation Council

If you require support with family mediation, conflict resolution, elderly mediation, cross‑generational issues, blended family dynamics, housing or neighbourhood disputes, workplace discrimination, employment matters, child‑inclusive mediation, teen mediation, C100 queries and guidance, or educational SEN‑related mediation, our Registered Mediator team mediation across London and throughout the UK. All sessions can be delivered online / remote, and for clients living or working abroad we can accommodate international time differences.
